Meet Caroline
Caroline Sandry is a fully qualified Pilates teacher, Yoga teacher
and personal trainer. With an established career as a fitness presenter
and writer Caroline regularly contributes for many magazines including

and has featured in women’s magazines such as Elle, Bella

Tailor made training for female body shapes (A&C Black 2009)
and Shape Up at Home (Dennis magbook 2010).
Her wide and varied knowledge combined with her skills as a TV presenter
have lead to a long term guest presenting role on QVC UK, infomercials
in the USA and Canada, regular programmes on Body In Balance TV
and other TV, web and DVD projects. With eight fitness DVDs already
to her name, Caroline is currently working on her ninth project.
A producer and presenter, Caroline enjoys working on both sides
of the camera. As a personal trainer, Caroline has worked with many
celebrities including actresses, models and pop stars, and she continues
to develop this side of her business.
"I love combining the media and presenting
side of my career with personal training: because of the breadth
of experience I have from working with regular clients every day,
I know exactly what works, and how my clients feel. This also
gives me a greater understanding of the barriers that people may
come across in their struggle to lose weight and tone up. I enjoy
sharing my passion and expertise in fitness and look forward to
continue motivating clients and audiences in the future."
